General Comments on Rules and Laws
This week much has been made of the hand-ball rule (which is merely a distraction from the now ridiculous offside rule whereby standing by the goalkeeper is not interference) and avoidance of the problem with maulings that happen during corners.
The new “law” talks about any touching by a hand outside of a normal silhouette will be an offense.
